How the alert works

## What Hacker Alerts gives you

- A virtual appliance is placed in your network that no one should ever connect to
- When an intruder probes the network during reconnaissance, the appliance is touched and raises an immediate alert
- It looks like the systems an attacker expects to find, emulating common services such as FTP, SSH, RDP, SMB and databases, so their reconnaissance touches it
